Financial supervision, mainly to strengthen the supervision and management of foreign-invested enterprises accounting work. The law stipulates that foreign-invested enterprises must go through financial registration, and the registration of the unified management body for the provincial finance department (bureau). The registration is divided into:

- Set up the registration, apply to the local financial department for financial registration, and obtain the financial registration certificate

- Change of registration, change of name, transfer, increase or decrease of registered capital, change of joint venture, change of business scope, change of distribution form and distribution ratio, extension of contract period, change of board members, etc.

- cancellation of registration, business contract expires or early termination, shall apply for cancellation of registration
